Verify storage and shipment requirements are within study standards.

Ensure timely completion of paperwork for shipment and storage deviations.

* Ensure regulatory files at the sites and in NI archives are current and in compliance with GCPs and NI SOPs.

Verify timely submission of study documentation (including AEs/SAEs/Pregnancy Forms/safety reporting) according to local and NI requirements.

* Responsible to ensure quality of the data recorded at the site as well as retrieved meet expectations.

Accountable for meeting data retrieval timelines.

* Attends protocol training, teleconferences/web meetings, including timely follow-up of action items as requested.

* Build and maintain professional relationships with clinical investigative sites by communicating in an effective, consistent and timely manner.

Previous experience with Electronic Data Capture (DEC) and a Clinical Trial Management System preferred.

The Storage Delivery Manager”s role is the most significant on-site role and is responsible for both the operational performance of the customer”s storage infrastructure and the client relationship.

The Storage Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that the SMS (ITIL based) processes are followed at all times and that EMC consistently meets or exceeds the Service Level Agreements that have been negotiated with the client.
