Position Description: The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for gathering business requirements across all functional domains that support the setup, sale, and administration of a health care product/plan design.
The individual will work closely with UHG IT and UHC Operations partners to ensure all aspects of the product are identified and fully understood prior to beginning development work.
The individual in this role can expect to support 2 to 3 projects at a given time, with each project ranging from $1M to $3M or more in capital funding.
As such, the role is highly visible and critical to the success of the UHC segment.
