Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for Atlanta based home improvement company needed.
The Ultimate Gutter Guard by Southern is currently looking for a full time administrative assistant and receptionist.
The qualified person must have 2 years of reception experience.
Job duties include: switchboard operation, greeting customers, assisting in setting up interviews for sales, data entry of sales, warranty management for our customers, filing, and general clerical work.
Must have a very good speaking voice, outgoing personality and must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office and must be very proficient in Microsoft Excel.
The right candidate will have experience in a professional office environment and experience with working with sales people would be preferred.
Office is located in Dunwoody/Sandy Springs area and the hours of work are Mon-Fri.
from 8am to 5pm.
