Purpose of Position We are looking for a candidate who possesses considerable experience in Microsoft Technologies (primarily Microsoft SharePoint) for the specific purpose of building a practice around Enterprise Content Management, Collaboration, and Portals. While the primary technology focus is centered on the SharePoint product family (MOSS 2007), the practice will also include other relevant products such as FAST, .Net 2.0, and web design/development. Experience in defining solutions leveraging Microsoft SharePoint Server 2003/2007 and integration aspects with SQL Server is preferred. This role will:⢠Perform lead role on enterprise content management and/or web portal projects, inclusive of architecture definition, scoping, development, and deployment. ⢠Consult with clients to determine requirements and perform system and architectural design. ⢠Directly manage engagements, including project team members; will be responsible for the development, training, recruiting, coaching and mentoring of team members. ⢠Consult with Microsoft practice director on approaches and architectures and work with practice leadership to sell engagements as part of an integrated client team, including prospecting and proposal development.
