HR Service DeliveryOur Human Capital professionals advise clients on how to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of their HR service delivery model and operation of the HR function, ranging from HR Strategy to process design to shared and self-service applications and enabling technologies, and considering insourcing, outsourcing, and offshore solutions.HR Service Delivery Senior Consultants will consult with clients to increase the effectiveness and reduce the costs of HR Delivery through improved processes and technologies.
Senior Consultants contribute on teams as part of large, complex engagements that drive strategic HR organizational change for our clients.
They perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
Required Skills: – At least 1 year of experience leading small teams of 2-4 people on large, complex HR Service Delivery engagements.
- At least 3 years of experience in the areas of HR business process design, and shared service center design and implementation – At least 2 years of external consulting experience – Bachelors Degree – Ability to travel up to 80% Preferred Skills: – Experience defining HR strategy or elements of HR strategy, leading process design workshops, performing business case assessments, and defining work plans and methods to achieve the defined HR and operational business goals .
- Adept at designing the concepts for technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Experience managing day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.
- Experience executing project plans on large, complex engagements from analysis through implementation – Ability to collaborate with clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
