This position is responsible for coordinating, managing, and marketing various events for one particular fundraising activity done by this organization.

This individual would support and assist the Director of Development in developing and nurturing the relationships of all sponsors, participants, and volunteers associated with this event.

Additionally, this person would be responsible for many of the logistical aspects of the event such as set-up, coordination, fulfillment and back-end reports.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity should have some demonstrated success in soliciting and obtaining corporate and individual sponsorships for special events.

Provide intake, assessment and customer service for clients; maintain data in document retention software, review vendor invoices for accuracy, assist in planning & coordinating outreach and community events.

Successful candidates possess the following: strong people skills, quick learner, ability to assimilate complex rules and regulations, accustomed to working with a high volume and high degree of accuracy, proven work history.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years experience meeting firm deadlines along with Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office applications.
