Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010Major consumer good manufacturing company located in Aurora is seeking 3rd shift Quality Control Technicians.
Hours of operation is 12a.
m to 8am Job Requirements listed below: · Fully understand the flow of raw materials to finished product.
· Able to operate and run samples on a Waters HPLC/UPLC.
· Enter results into a computerized system and track/trend results.
· Understand microbiological concepts, procedures, and knowledge of aseptic technique in conducting analysis.
· Sign off on finished blends based on knowledge of what the product should taste/look like.
· Perform basic analytical & organoleptic tests on finished goods and raw materials.
· Prepare samples for outside laboratory testing and enter results into a spreadsheet.
· Pull retain samples & assist with investigations.
· Prepare blends and samples for organoleptic analysis.
· Work in Great Plains Inventory management system.
