RN Clinical ManagerThis Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the overall direction of clinical services.

Establish, implement and evaluate goals and objectives for home health services that meet and promote company standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy.

Hire, train, orient, supervise and evaluate qualified Hospice interdisciplinary team personnel.

Provide daily direction to the team, including all scheduling, care planning, documentation, productivity and all other patient care operations.

Manage all patient care expenditures including but not limited to labor, pharmacy, DME, medical supplies and patient care mileage.

Assure regulatory compliance including achieving and maintaining Hospice Medicare certification.

Respond to customer complaints regarding patient care and assure all complaints are handled in accordance with Company policies and procedures and/or legal compliance requirements.

18. Registered Nurse licensed in the state.

Bachelors degree and CHPN certification preferred.

Minimum of two years clinical management experience, including the supervision of nursing staff preferred.

Physical exam in accordance with state law requirements.

Valid drivers license and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or company’s requirements and is in good working order.

Ability to work in an interdisciplinary setting.

Satisfactory criminal background check.

Demonstrate excellent observation and communication skills.

Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.

The selected individual will be responsible for putting customer uniform shirts on hangers to be sent into the steam tunnel for pressing and wrinkle releasing.

The Shirt Hanger/Inspector will also be required to visually inspect all garments for proactive repairing such as holes, tears or missing buttons.

The position involves repetitive motions over the duration of an entire shift, including standing and walking, and repeated bending, stretching, twisting and lifting.

Daily accuracy of work is necessary for inventory control and accountability.

Additional responsibilities include housekeeping and adherence to health and safety standards.

Hours: Full time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with the ability to work overtime and weekends as business needs require.

Security Guard Indianapolis – plant There is currently a position open in Security for the position of Security Guard.

This position is responsible for general protection of the plant property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.

As appropriate, responds to emergency situations by sounding alarms, contacting emergency personnel, and acting in a general emergency response role.

Authorizes legal entry of people, property, or vehicles to and from the plant.

Also responsible for weighing transport vehicles and keeping accurate records of such, making written reports of non routine incidents, and answering company phones.

Must also be able to provide on-call coverage for unexpected or unscheduled absences in the security force.

Also, will act as a first point of contact for most persons visiting the site and, as such, a strong focus on customer service is expected.

Qualified candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have and maintain a valid Indiana Drivers License.

As part of the post offer screening process, candidate must also successfully pass a criminal background investigation.

Basic PC skills and the ability to learn position specific applications are a must.

Must be able and willing to work indoors and out in all types of weather and, in order to support our 24/7 operation, must be willing to work shifts outside of normal business hours.

Applicants must also have the ability to move throughout the site including climbing stairs and ladders and walking the fence line of our 100+ acre facility.

Good communication skills, customer service skills, safety awareness, and the ability and willingness to work in a team environment are musts.
