Under the direction of the Director, Finance and Treasury, this position will support all aspects of Treasury activities.

This includes coordination with investment managers and advisors of the Firms defined contribution and defined benefit plans, oversight of daily cash transactions including preparation of the cash forecast and daily cash position as well as, monitoring compliance with bank covenants.

Responsibilities· Provide support in the financial management of the Firms defined benefit and defined contribution plans including coordination of funding arrangements for the plans.

· Coordinate audits and statutory tax filings (5500s and Annual Information Forms) for pension and savings plans.

· Establish daily cash position, initiate cash transactions and invest excess cash in short-term money market funds where appropriate· Prepare cash forecast and consolidated reporting for senior management.

· Prepare weekly and monthly bank covenant reporting.

· Maintain bank account structure including signatories and sweeping/pooling activities.

· Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account balances, bank/Treasury systems and bank account analysis.

· Monitor interest rate exposure on all revolving and term debt financing.

· These duties may be ongoing or adhoc in nature.

Experience & QualificationsExperience in and broad knowledge of global workings of cash management, banking management, analytics, modeling, fixed income and macroeconomics.

Candidate must have a working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and auditing standards as they relate to Treasury.

· Minimum 3 or more prior years experience in Treasury function.

· Strong problem solving and demonstrated analytical skills that allow for interpretation of Treasury related matters.

Responsible for accuracy of all reports to internal and/or external management including short-term liquidity, income received and reporting to the Investment Committee or Investment Manager and the Board of Directors.

Ensures all processes are documented for business continuity.

Reviews are executed by a Lead or higher on all wires and trades in accordance with the key controls defined in the Sarbanes-Oxley narratives.

Ensures all external funding recipients are screened through the Office of Foreign Assets Controls.

Responsible for the development of Cash analysts to ensure they are properly trained and that each member of the team functions within the guidelines and procedures set forth for the day-to-day operations of the company's cash activity.
