Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is searching for a Senior Inventory Analyst, located in Memphis, Tennessee.

The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.
The Senior Inventory Analyst will be responsible for all inventory activities to include: cycle counting, adjustments, audits, reconciliation, analysis and related interface with various departments, including Customer Contact Center and Operating Company planning departments.
Collect and analyze data related to the efficient movement and accuracy of inventory in the Memphis Logistics Center.
Lead quality and continuous improvement projects.
Work with management to implement corrective actions plans based on slotting analysis, trend analysis and forecasting.
The Senior Inventory Analyst will assist in investigation of inventory discrepancies found during picking and replenishment.
Lead semi-annual analysis of and development of ABC cycle count program.
Conduct cycle count planning, root cause analysis and investigations, and help define and implement corrective action plans.
Accept cycle count variances that have been approved by the Inventory/Facilities Manager or MLC Director.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Participate in investigation, root cause analysis and continuous improvements of the short-pick process.
Participate in short-pick process picking, communicating and labeling.
Run system synchronization report (CIDS vs. COACT) to ensure system synchronization and transition to Super User when MARC system is implemented.
Own and monitor all inventory reports related to metric reporting, budgeting and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Execute first-time process receiving; determine put-away and slotting strategy, verify product weight and dimensions for new products.
Analyze SKU velocity and develop slotting strategy on a routine basis.
Apply Process Excellence tools and methodology to identify, evaluate and recommend business process and system improvement opportunities.
Continually improve expertise in process improvement techniques and teach process improvement techniques to team members.
Serve as mentor for team members in developing new skills, enhancing their analytical abilities, understanding company and industry dynamics, and strengthening team relationships.
Oversee and audit quarantine hold/release process.
Audit the execution of lot status changes to ensure they are accurate.
Oversee/execute quarantine activities.
Oversee, facilitate and communicate back shipments, redresses and expiry purge.
Generate monthly SOX documentation and reporting.
Identify opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to define and implement improvements to inventory accuracy or other operational areas.
Communicate regularly with and form successful partnerships with representatives from the business.
Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field.
MBA preferred.
A minimum of 4 years experience in Global Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Distribution is required.
Direct experience is an analytical or project management role is preferred.
Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment is preferred.
Previous experience in Medical Devices and Diagnostics is preferred.
Experience or training in Process Excellence (Lean/Six-Sigma) is required.
Process Excellence/Six Sigma certification preferred.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong organizational and analytical skills.
Must have strong relationship management and leadership skills.
Experience collaborating with all levels of management in a cross-functional team environment is required.
Must demonstrate the ability to work under time constraints and manage complexity.
Must demonstrate a sense of urgency, motivated by the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SOX requirements preferred.
Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (ie MARC, SAP) preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Experience with root cause analysis preferred.
Change leadership experience preferred.
5% travel is required.
