Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION: The HR Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the HR Consultants and Generalists and their client areas. Works in partnership with Human Resources colleagues including Recruiters, Benefits Assistants and the Compensation and Payroll Department to meet the business objectives and employee’s needs. In addition to assigned projects and areas, this position provides administrative support to the HR Department on an as needed basis. Works with minimal supervision on a day-to-day basis.
Required Skills
Education:
Associates degree or related experience required
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Human Resources field
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
Strong general knowledge of HR policy, ability to create statistical reports
Skills/Competencies:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, professional telephone manner, excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills, strong customer service skills, strong presentation skills, project management skills, ability to multi-task under pressure, strong attention to detail and a team player
Other Skills:
MS Office applications Experience in Oracle preferred. <DIV class=
